Returns:

  • Customized or used products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Defect items must be returned within 30 days of being received for exchange or credit.
  • Exchanges may be made for items that have not been used. Shipping costs are the responsibility of purchaser unless otherwise stated in writing by a sales rep.
  • If the exchange of an item cannot be met with in 2 weeks time, a refund will be given.

Canceled Orders:

  • If a product has been customized it cannot be canceled.
  • 15% restocking fee for canceled orders
  • If a product was ordered to be customized, but has not yet been started, the restocking fee and any other set up fees will be charged.

Timelines:

  • In stock product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Items available for order but not in stock will be 8-16 business days unless a back order occurs.
  • Customers will be notified within 4 business days if a back order occurs.
  • Custom orders will be quoted by a sales rep.
